Refund & Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging with all components included.
Primal Bee reserves the right to inspect all returned products and refuse refunds that don’t meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or installed hives or hive components that have been in contact with bees or wax
- Items not in original packaging
- Individual hive components (frames, supers, etc.)
- Digital or downloadable materials
- Custom or special-order products
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank or credit-card account.
- Contact your credit-card company — it may take a few days to post.
- Then contact your bank; processing times vary.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact info@primalbee.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items (including those purchased with a coupon or promotion) are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged upon arrival.
To exchange for the same item, please contact info@primalbee.com for authorization and return instructions before shipping.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please email info@primalbee.com for return authorization and mailing instructions.
- We offer free returns for unused hives in their original packaging (within 30 days).
- For other returns, unless stated otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Primal Bee does not guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of shipment. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance.
